We bring a wealth of expertise across a range of workers' matters

Only effectively organised and united workers are able to improve wages, raise their standard of living and protect themselves against the insecurities of life

We take a mandate from our members and workers, and represent them in negotiations with employers through the bargaining council and on the shop floor.

We provide representation for our members at workplace level, the CCMA, bargaining councils, and the Labour Court, advocating for fair labour practices and lawful outcomes.

We negotiate retirement fund structures and group benefit schemes for our members in consultation with employers and relevant stakeholders.
